This information is important reading for all the Committed Members of Dimensions.You are urged to review these policies closely and read the policy section.

ethics and value systems of honesty, integrity, excellence and accountability. S/he is

Dimensions Oath:
I, (name)…..promise, to the best of my ability and judgement, that
I shall be true to the ideals embodied in the vision statement of Dimensions, namely to
support and respect the hard-won experience of my fellow Christian business persons
and entrepreneurs, so that each may attain greater success and prosperity.
I shall endeavor to maintain the highest Quality standards, the best Ethical practices
and preserve the finest traditions of my calling keeping in mind the social impact of my
company’s actions.
I shall always as a member of Dimensions, acknowledge that all my endeavors are
possible only through the Divine assistance of God Almighty.

General Policies:
1)Dimensions is open to all Christian Business Persons / Entrepreneurs and
Professionals with entrepreneurship as a goal
2)Only one person from a given vertical is permitted to join a Chapter of
Dimensions. The final authority in case of classification conflicts in a chapter is
vested with the Membership Committee. Members must represent their primary
occupation & not a part–time business.
3)The Monthly Meetings last for 120 minutes. Members need to arrive on time and
stay for the entire meeting.
4)An individual cannot be a member in a Second Dimensions Chapter. If a member
so desires s/he may depute a family member / office representative to be part of
another Chapter s/he can do so with the approval of the Chapter Membership
Committee & Dimensions H .O.
5)Attendance is critical to the group. If a member cannot attend they may send a
substitute (not a member of your Chapter), to the meeting. The substitute should
preferably be a Christian, though it is not compulsory. A substitute standing in
for a member will not count as an absence. A member is allowed three absences
in a six months rolling period. Beyond three absences, the member is subject to
removal by the Chapters Leadership Team or Membership Committee.
6)Members are required to bring bona-fide referrals and visitors to Dimensions.
Chapters may establish a minimum number of referrals and/or visitors that is
acceptable to maintain membership.
7)Potential members (visitors) are allowed just two visits to a dimensions meeting
in any chapter
8)Ten minutes speakers must bring a ‘Take Away Prize’, only members bringing a
visitor or referral are eligible for this prize.
9)There are no leaves of absence except for medical leaves.
10)A member may take up to eight weeks medical leave with the Membership
Committee’s prior approval. If their fees are pre-paid for that period of time and
they attempt to have someone fill in during their leave only then is leave permitted.
11)It is a member’s responsibility to file a concern with the Membership Committee
of the Chapter if the visitor who submits an application in any way conflicts with
his/her classification of category or membership. This should be done before the
visitor is approved for membership. If there are no complaints Membership
Committee will approve their consent.
12)Members who wish to change their classifications must submit a new application
and get approval from the Membership Committee for the classification change.
13)In case of problems with a member, Membership Committees may at their sole
discretion put a member on probation relating to the members business practices
or commitment to the Chapter.
14)A member’s classification may be opened for failure to comply with the policies
and/or code of ethics of Dimensions. Membership Committee of any Chapter may
open classifications. In the absence of a Membership Committee, the Leadership
Team may fulfil that responsibility.
15)If the Leadership Team fulfils all their responsibilities throughout their term they
will receive as consideration an exemption of dues during their tenure as a
Leadership Team Member. The Leadership Team must agree to terms outlined in
the Leadership Team Agreement, in order to hold a position and must go through
the trainings before participating.
16)In the absence of a Membership Committee, the Leadership Team may act as ad
hoc Membership Committee until one is established.
17)All Dimensions membership lists are for the purpose of “giving” referrals and not
for soliciting (via e-mail, direct mail, or other means) Dimensions members or
Directors without their prior approval.
18)All new members must attend Dimensions Success Program (DSP) training in
their region within their first 60 days of their induction. Only after attending the
DSP training, may the new member be added to the “speaker rotation” for the
Chapter. Any new members not attending the DSP training within the first 60
days after being inducted into the Chapter will be subject to having their
classification opened by the Membership Committee.
19)Policies are subject to change. All proposed policy changes need to be reviewed
first by the Board of Advisors.
20)Other than normal Dimensions printed materials, members may not use the
Dimensions Intellectual Property (e.g. logos, trademarks, names, slogans,
copyright materials, etc.) to manufacture, distribute, sell, market, or promote any
product or service, or otherwise use the Dimensions Intellectual Property without
obtaining the prior written consent of Dimensions H.O. Members must agree to
abide by Dimensions Branding Standards for any permitted use.

Administrative Policies:

1)There is an initial registration fee. Fees are paid annually or biennially. Contact
the local Secretary/Treasurer for amounts. Fees can be paid by cheque.
2)Dimensions may establish Chapters in every city or community with people
interested in learning, networking, gaining business referrals and mentoring. In
addition, Dimensions reserves the right to open more than one Chapter per
community or city where demand for Dimensions platform is requested.
3)Membership fees are payable 30 days prior to the due date. Members who have
not paid by the first meeting of the month their dues are considered late and will
be liable to a Rs.1,000/- late charge. If fees are not paid within 15 days, the
member will be officially dropped by Dimensions
4)Fees are non-refundable. A certificate of credit will be given, upon request, to
members in good standing for the unused portion of their time.
5)Fees cannot be transferred from one person to another unless the fees are from
the same company.
6)Dimensions has a strict policy on returned cheques. A member has three working
days in which to contact their Regional Dimensions Office or National Head
Office and resolve the matter. Any returned cheques not resolved within this
period will be turned over to collections. All returned cheques will be assessed a
minimum Rs. 1000/- returned cheque fee. If a member passes a second returned
cheque, that member will be subject to immediate termination.
7)Dimensions is a Training Organisation promoted by Dimensions Global Christian
Chamber of Commerce (A Chapter 8 Company). Dimensions or any of its
franchisees reserve the right to discontinue a member’s participation in this
8)A member requesting a transfer from their current Chapter to a new Chapter will
be required to submit a completed new member application to the Membership
Committee of the new Chapter. In addition, if the member has less than 12
months of paid membership credit, they must submit a renewal payment. Or, if
the member has more than 12 months of paid membership credit, no additional
investment is required. Upon acceptance into the new Chapter, the credit from
their previous Chapter will be added to their membership in the new Chapter as
well as the renewal time, if applicable.

National Board of Advisors:
A National Board of Advisors exists to address policy issues relating to Dimensions.
The National Board of Advisors is made up of regular members (like yourself) from
various Chapters throughout Dimensions.
The Board’s purpose is to ensure that there is open communication between the
member and Dimensions Head Office. If you have an issue or concern that you would
like addressed by the National Board of Advisors, contact your Regional / Executive
Director for more information.

Program Guidelines:
Program Guidelines are not policies, but are recommended practices that allow
Chapters to run more smoothly and effectively.

Visiting Chapters:
Members visiting other Chapters should announce that they are from another Chapter.
Visiting members must not do or say anything that competes with a member of that
The Chapter should be cautious in giving referrals to individuals they do not know,
including visiting members.
Visiting members should pay for their own meal. Before visiting another Chapter, the
visiting member should call that Chapter’s Chapter Director first. A visiting member
should visit on the same basis as a regular visitor, i.e., no more than twice.
Absences and Latecomers:
Absences and late arrivals mean less business for members; therefore, the Membership
Committee of a Chapter may give warnings to members who are consistently late or
leave early. If the problem continues, the member’s classification may be subject to
being opened by the Membership Committee.

Substitute Program:
People to consider for substitutes include your customers, patients, friends, family
and/or employees. Preference to be given to Christians.
The primary purpose for a substitute is to represent a Dimensions member. Dimensions
recommends minimal use of a substitute. However, a member may use substitutes up to
three times in a six-month period.
The Chapter should be aware that a substitute will be attending the meeting. The Visitor
Host should be there to greet the substitute and welcome him/her to the meeting.

Multi-Level Marketing:
Multi-level marketing members of Dimensions should represent their products and
services in Dimensions and not the business opportunity element of their business.

Where the Money Goes:
An annual membership in Dimensions costs less than ONE business suit, it would pay
the salaries and benefits of ONE employee for only a few days, and it would provide a
very small advertisement in a small newspaper only ONCE. So, other than the 12
meetings a year, what do you get and how does Dimensions support the people it
serves? The fees collected by Dimensions are distributed approximately as follows:

Chapter Marketing:
Brochures & Invitation Cards, Visitor Information Sheets, Visitor Packets, News Article
Reprints, Trade Shows, (Dimensions member and Chapter
links), Advertising to local businesses (postage, sample letter, and confirmation sheet
included), periodic Press Releases and Public Relations Support.

Chapter Support:
Badges, Leadership Team Manuals, and Training Materials, Membership Applications,
Regional/Executive Director’s Assistance, Awards, Certificates, Pins, Member Policies
Brochure, Member Orientation Guide, H.O. Support,, DSP Manual
and Training.
Administrative Expenses:
Office expenses such as telephone, website, copier, computer supplies, stationery,
courier and logistics, etc.

Staff Expenses:
Compensation for office staff to handle phone inquiries, respond to Chapter requests,
prepare press releases, etc. Note: The Chapter Leadership Team does not pay fees as
compensation for their work in the Chapter. Thus, for every 500 Chapters of Dimensions,
1, 500 people would be part of the Leadership Team and, therefore, pay no membership
participation fees.
